"I have been training with Sergio as my personal trainer for the past four months and he is awesome! In the first 2 months. I lost about 10lbs (more than my goal), increased my energy level and dramatically improved my overall health. It really was more than just losing weight, it was building muscle, strength, cardiovascular health and stamina.
Sergio has a really well rounded approach to training that is not strictly limited to challenging me with workouts, but also includes advice on diet (what to eat and how much), supplements and lifestyle habits that have been really helpful too. He knows how to push you during workouts, but he also keeps it fun, informative and interesting so you don't burn out.
Before I started training with Sergio, I found it hard to fit exercising in to my busy life. So Sergio suggested scheduling 2-3 regular sessions with him per week (which gave me the discipline I needed to make working out a habit) and also recommended a lot of other "quick home workouts" that I could do during my off days.
He really has helped me make a lifestyle change, and I am much better for it and super thankful for his help. He also really cares about you and your goals, which is really important in a trainer. My results have been great and I really am in the best shape that I have been in for a long time. Because of Sergio's continued training, I know my results will just get better and better.
